A Service License allows the licensee to carry out the services specified on the license within the Free Zone. A Service License is also issued to practice any profession, and is designed for professionals who give expert or professional advice. To be issued for professionals, artisans, craftsmen and service providers.

The company has an option to select 2 similar Service activities as per their business needs.
The service license permits the licensee to carry out the services specified on the license within the Free Zone, such as Logistics, Courier Services, Insurance Service Provider, Travel Services, Tour Services, Car Rental, Consulting and Staffing.

UAQ FTZ issues licenses for business consultants in almost every industry, providing expertise to clients on a range of subjects, including, but not limited to, the following consultancy activities:

Only 1 premium activity is permitted in one license.

Along with the Service license the client can opt from different types of facilities such as Premium Office (Co-working Space), Standard Office, Warehouse and Land as per the client’s requirements.

Company License can be obtained remotely without physical presence of the client at the Free Zone Office.

General licensing regulations:

i. All licenses issued by UAQ Free Trade Zone Authority are subject to leasing a facility within the UAQ Free Trade Zone i.e. a permanent office / virtual office / land / warehouse.

ii. The license is valid only for operating a business inside the Free Zone territory. If any services are provided in the UAE market then the license holder will need to do this through a local agent.

iii. Licenses are valid for a period of one year and are renewable on a yearly basis
